Start with the job, then the photos
A camera roll groups photos by time. A client needs to see the work at their property. Create a job in FieldProof and separate the lawn, garden beds, driveway, rooms or repairs into photo sections. Add the Before photos when you arrive and the After photos when you finish.
Take a wide shot to establish the area, then closer photos for details. Stand in a similar position for the matching After shot. Consistent framing makes the result easier to understand without changing the original image.
Keep more than one comparison
A job can need several views, especially when one photo cannot show the whole surface. Keep multiple Before and After photos in each area, open them full screen to check the details, and choose a cover pair. The cover pair leads the shared document; the remaining job photos can be included too.
The client web page groups the photos into Before and After galleries with horizontal scrolling. Clients can open images for a closer look instead of trying to read a tiny attachment in a message.
Capture on site, even without a signal
After initial setup and access are available, capture and organize photos locally when reception drops. Cloud synchronization resumes when the device reconnects. Creating a new client page requires an internet connection.
Offline capture is useful on a driveway or behind a building. It is not a separate backup: let the app synchronize before replacing a device. An optional recovery account helps protect access to your workspace after reinstalling; restoring a store subscription alone does not recover an anonymous workspace.
Share the result with the paperwork
Create a quote or invoice from the job and send its web link through email, SMS, WhatsApp, Viber or another installed messaging app. The client can view the photos and download the document as a PDF without installing FieldProof.
Shared pages expire after 30 days and can be revoked. Downloaded copies remain with the recipient. Include only the photos and customer information needed for that job.
Is this a photo editor or a job-management suite?
FieldProof focuses on organizing job photos, creating quotes and invoices, and sharing the finished work. It does not promise image retouching, measurements, dispatch, or a complete CRM integration. Use your normal camera position and clear job sections to make the comparison useful.
