Prepare a quote from the job
Create a job for the property and add the customer information needed for the document. Record the areas you plan to clean, such as the driveway, patio or siding, and take Before photos to show the existing condition.
Write a service description and enter the amount and applicable tax rate. A quote can be shared with Before photos only, or without photos when you do not yet have a site visit. Check the details before sharing; you remain responsible for the scope, prices, tax and local document requirements.
Show the completed work on the invoice
When the clean is finished, add After photos to the same job. Create the invoice and include the job photos so your client can see the completed work alongside the amount due.
Included photos appear in Before and After galleries on the client page. The client can open photos full screen and download the invoice PDF for their records. FieldProof is a document and photo workflow, not an accounting or tax-compliance service.
Add optional payment instructions
During business setup or later in settings, choose whether payment instructions appear on invoices. US profiles can include Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, Cash App or other payment instructions. EU profiles can include an account holder, IBAN and optional bank details.
Leave the option off if you arrange payment separately. These are instructions for your customer: FieldProof does not collect the client payment, move money, or confirm that an invoice has been paid. US profiles use USD for new documents and EU profiles use EUR.
Send one link by email, SMS or messaging app
Open the email or SMS composer, or use your device share sheet to choose WhatsApp, Viber or another installed app. The message contains a client page link rather than a long set of separate photo attachments. The recipient does not need a FieldProof account or app installation.
Creating a shared page needs a connection. Each page is a saved document version, expires after 30 days, and can be revoked. If you edit the source job or document, share again to create an updated version. Existing downloaded PDFs cannot be recalled.
What does FieldProof cost?
FieldProof Plus is a monthly app-store subscription, with US pricing of $4.99 and EU pricing of €4.99; the store shows the final local price and terms. Eligible new subscribers can receive a three-day free trial. Eligibility is determined by Apple or Google, and the subscription renews unless cancelled in your store settings.
FieldProof is available on Google Play for Android. The iOS app is under App Store review and is coming soon. Downloading the app does not start a subscription; review the price and terms before confirming a purchase in your app store.
