Provider and agreement
FieldProof is provided by MCODE, D. Cesarica 67, Croatia. You can contact us at hello@mcode.hr. These terms apply to the FieldProof app and related client pages and website. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use it for a business, you must have authority to do so.
What FieldProof provides
FieldProof helps you organize jobs and before/after photographs, prepare quotes and invoices, and share client pages and PDF copies. An active subscription is required for app access after shop setup. Available features may depend on the app version, device, network connection and supported store.
FieldProof is not an accounting, tax, legal or payment-processing service. You are responsible for document accuracy, tax rates, invoice requirements, payment instructions and your agreements with clients. A quote page does not itself create an automated acceptance workflow. Adding Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, Cash App or bank instructions does not mean FieldProof collects or confirms payment.
Workspaces and access
You can set up the app without registering an email account. An anonymous private workspace and a separate subscription identity support that use. An optional recovery account can help recover workspace access and use team features. Protect your devices, credentials, recovery methods, API keys and shared links. You are responsible for the access you give teammates.
Restoring a store purchase restores an eligible subscription; it does not by itself recover anonymous workspace content. Store purchases are associated with the Apple or Google account under the store’s rules, not an exclusive hardware lock. Uninstalling or changing devices may affect access to locally stored or unprotected workspace content.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, with RevenueCat used to manage subscription status. The purchase screen and store confirmation show the actual price, billing period and any applicable offer. Marketing prices described as planned are not a purchase offer until a subscription is available in your store.
A monthly subscription renews automatically unless cancelled under your store’s rules. Manage or cancel it through your Apple or Google subscription settings. Uninstalling FieldProof, deleting a workspace or removing a device-history entry does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation normally stops future renewals; current access and refund eligibility are governed by applicable store terms and mandatory law.
Use Restore purchases with the appropriate store account if your eligible purchase is not recognized. Pending, failed, expired or refunded purchases may not provide access. We do not promise a free trial unless it is expressly shown in the store’s purchase offer. No subscription is purchased merely by completing shop setup.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain your rights in the content you upload. You grant MCODE the limited permission necessary to store, copy, process and display that content to provide the features you request, including synchronization and shared document snapshots.
Upload and share only information you have the right to use. Respect your clients’ privacy, obtain necessary permissions for photography, and check for sensitive details before sharing. Do not upload unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, attempt unauthorized access, misuse API credentials, or interfere with the service.
You control the recipients and final sending action in email or messaging apps. FieldProof may not be able to confirm message delivery or payment. Before sending, verify the document, photos, recipient and payment instructions.
Shared pages and stored copies
Anyone with a document link can access its contents while the link is active. Links normally expire after 30 days and may be revoked. Each shared quote or invoice is a snapshot: later edits to the job, photos or payment settings do not update that version. Share a new version when changes are needed.
Revocation does not erase copies already downloaded or forwarded. Keep your own copies of records you must retain. Photos captured offline stay on the device until synchronized; they cannot be recovered from the cloud before upload succeeds.
Availability, changes and ending access
We work to keep the service usable, but do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or a particular business outcome. Connectivity, devices, stores and external services can affect functionality. We may maintain or update features and will communicate material changes where appropriate.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to respond to unlawful use, security threats or serious breaches of these terms. You may stop using FieldProof and request deletion of your workspace or account through hello@mcode.hr. Cancel a subscription separately in your store. Any handling of retained information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Rights, applicable law and contact
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights and applicable store protections. Responsibility for losses or breaches is determined under applicable law; these terms do not remove liability that law does not permit us to remove.
Croatian law applies to these terms, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights that apply to you. We do not require private arbitration or waive statutory complaint rights. Contact hello@mcode.hr first if you have a problem so we can try to resolve it.
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will identify the updated version by its date and communicate material changes through an appropriate service channel. Apple and Google terms also apply to purchases and use of their stores.
