Give each garden area its own place
Start a job for the property and create photo sections for the front beds, side garden, hedges or backyard. Take wide Before photos to show the starting condition, then add closer views where the work needs more explanation.
For a garden cleanup, that might mean overgrown borders and branches to remove. For mulching or planting, document each bed before work begins. Keeping the areas separate makes the finished work easier to follow than a camera roll full of similar-looking photos.
Keep the quote with the scope
Prepare a quote with your service description, amount and applicable tax rate. Include the Before photos when they help explain which areas are covered. A quote can also be shared without photos if you have not visited the property yet.
You write the scope and amounts. FieldProof does not measure garden areas, calculate materials or produce a landscape design. Review the document before sending it to the client.
Show the finished beds, hedges and cleanup
Add After photos to the matching sections when the work is complete. Photograph the same views where possible, then add detail shots of the planting, mulch finish or trimmed edges. Open photos full screen to check them before you share.
Include the job photos with an invoice and send one client link by email, SMS or an installed messaging app. The client can browse the Before and After galleries and download the document as a PDF, without installing FieldProof.
Work outside, send when connected
After setup and app access are available, capture and organize work locally when there is no signal. Synchronization resumes when connected, and creating a shared client page requires an internet connection.
Invoice payment instructions are optional. US profiles can show supported payment handles or instructions, while EU profiles can show bank transfer details. Clients pay through the stated method separately; FieldProof does not process or confirm their payments.
