Keep the front lawn and backyard together
Create a job for the visit and organize photos into areas such as the front lawn, backyard, driveway edges or garden borders. Capture the Before views when you arrive, including the areas your service will cover.
A useful comparison starts with similar framing. Take the After shot from approximately the same position so the cut, edging and final cleanup are easy to see. You can keep multiple photos in each area rather than squeezing a whole property into one image.
Leave a clear record when the client is away
A homeowner or property manager may not be on site when you finish. Add After photos of the completed lawn, neat edges and cleared paths. Open images full screen to check that the work is visible before sending.
Your client page has separate Before and After galleries. The recipient can scroll through the photos and open them for a closer look without needing a FieldProof account.
Send the visit invoice with the photos
Create a quote for proposed work or an invoice for the completed visit. Enter the service description, amount and applicable tax rate, then share by email, SMS, WhatsApp, Viber or another installed messaging app. The link includes the client page and a downloadable PDF.
New US documents use USD and EU documents use EUR. Add optional invoice payment instructions if you want the client to see how to pay. Those instructions do not process a payment or confirm that it has arrived.
Use a separate job for each visit
For repeat work, create a new job for the next visit so its photos and invoice have their own record. FieldProof organizes the evidence and paperwork for those visits; recurring booking, route optimization and crew dispatch are not included.
Once setup and access are available, capture photos locally when reception drops. Reconnect to synchronize and create the client link. Shared pages expire after 30 days and can be revoked; downloaded copies remain with the recipient.
